Special Events Prices

 

Wing Rental (for a 4 hour rental)

Full Wing

Monday + Tuesday                  $1500

Wednesday + Thursday            $2000

Fri + Sat+ Sunday                    $2500

 

Please note that to rent out the South Wing, you must also rent the East Wing as well.

 

Half Wing Rental (East Side Only and under 70 people)

Monday + Tuesday                  $500

Wednesday + Thursday            $750

Fri+Sat+Sunday                       $1250

 

Bar Packages

Beer and Wine Package= $30 per person for a 4 hour block

Call Liquor Package = $40 per person for a 4 hour block

Premium Liquor Package = $50 per person for a 4 hour block 

Please note that these packages do not include any types of shots. 

Shots will be charged to each individual as a cash/credit card basis 

****Other Alternative to a Bar Package is a Tab Bar, all drinks and shots go onto one tab; and at the end of the event gets added to the Wing Rental and closed out with gratuity and taxes.****

 All packages and tabs do not include 20% gratuity and taxes where applicable.  They will be added at the end of the event. 

Additional Items

 Security $150 per security member for a 4 hour block

(A minimum of 1 Security member is required for any full wing rental)

 House DJ $250 charge if available

 

Please note that you can incur charges for maintenance and other fees depending on the event.  Please speak with the Event Coordinator for any fees that could occur.
